Rubber Duckie Bath Time Nails

My most current manicure decoration. This decoration was really fun to make. I used the tutorial from CutePolish. In her tutorial, she uses a gray-blue base color, but I used pink instead. This design is much easier if you have your own dotting tools (store bought or home made). Creating the bubbles is probably the most fun of this design. All you need to make them are two shades of blue (preferably light and dark) and a white. I use wax paper instead of paper plates as my mixing palette. Just put a few drops of each color on your wax paper, swirl them around on your dotting tool, and place the bubbles on random parts of your nail. Don't forget to put some under and around your duck! Add a little sparkly glitter to your bubbles, put on a top coat, and you're good to go.

I apologize if my cuticles look terrible, I'm still new to taking care of them.
